Cancellations

To cancel your subscription, you need to contact our team, and we will cancel your subscription. Once cancelled, we will remove you from our group, and you will no longer have access to our services. You must cancel your subscription at least 14 working days before your next payment is due. You must then message our admin group again, 1 day before your renewal date so we can process and initiate your cancellation request. *If these steps are not followed, you will not be able to cancel your subscription. Refund Policy

Please note all sales are final; The Easytradr is not obligated to offer a refund to those who have purchased a subscription or a lifetime membership. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. You are prompted to read through our terms and conditions before making any purchases, and it is up to the client to complete this review. The Easytradr is not accountable for your financial decisions. It is also necessary to note that if we terminate your membership due to a breach of the Terms of Service and/or Community Code of Conduct, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period. Cancellation periods may vary.

Should you pursue a right of action under this term, you agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution

It is agreed that these terms of use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.

In the event of a dispute between parties under these Terms, no right of action shall arise until both parties have used their reasonable efforts to settle any claims in dispute between them. This effort shall include mutual discussions or negotiations personally or through a legal representative. The duration of such discussions shall be 2 calendar weeks, failing which either party shall have the right to approach the appropriate court for determination of their rights. Parties shall commit to mutual discussions and negotiation in good faith.

These Terms shall be construed under and governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be adjudicated by state or federal courts sitting in the UK. Users hereby expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the UK for any lawsuit filed against them by The Easytradr arising from or relating to these Terms, and agree that such courts shall be the sole and exclusive venue for any such lawsuits (except with respect to post-judgment enforcement proceedings) filed by either party concerning claims or actions arising from or relating to these Terms; provided, however, that nothing shall restrict The Easytradr from bringing a lawsuit in another venue if it also involves a third party not subject to jurisdiction in the UK.
